Found it!

Over the last couple of days, we have become consumed (not exaggerating all that much) with working out the location of a crane that we can see from our back windows but seemingly not from anywhere else around the town. I went for a run in the general direction of it yesterday, but failed to find it. Although I did discover it could be seen from one location on Redstone Hill too. So, with the aid of a couple of photographs, a printout of a Google Earth satellite view and a ruler and pencil, I tried to triangulate its position. Correctly, as we discovered today.

Lockdown must be getting to me!
