Day of contrasts

After a very frosty start, warm sunshine was felt by mid morning which encouraged the taking of coffee in the garden without coat. This Crocus reacted by opening wide, but sadly the decent spell was not about to last as in early afternoon clouds built up, temperature dropped and heavy rain showers developed. I took the opportunity to make my version of a Spanish stew - see extra which I will have tomorrow allowing the flavours to develop.
