The CR
A take on a Manhattan from the work cookbook I curated. A few of the cocktails were mine, and I created a version of the Manhattan for our three main locations. This is the CR, for Cedar Rapids, Iowa. It’s supposed to use some of Cedar Ridge’s corn based bourbon, but I could only get the rye whiskey in the UK. But frankly it’s great as well.... Edinburgh and The Hague will be done soon!
