Dinner prep
Some of the ingredients for a red wine, beef and mushroom braise to serve over soft polenta. This will be accompanied by a McLaren Vale Kangarilla Road Terzetto, a blend of Sangiovese, Primitivo, and Nebbiolo.
Although it’s summer in Adelaide, we’ve had an unseasonably cool and damp couple of days. This is normally a winter staple for us.
