Walking with Biggles

Volunteer duties this morning at 0740 in the pouring rain. I was so glad to get indoors and dry out. The rain finally eased off early afternoon and the sun made a brief appearance.

After running some errands in Headcorn village I took my friend’s dog Biggles for a long muddy walk. Nose to the ground he led the way along the country lanes. Biggles is blind but knows the route well. I had a lovely time.
