A very misty murky morning...

... wasn't the ideal time for my daily walk.

I thought the mist in these trees told the story well. I took an earlier shot from a similar spot and used it as an extra, 3 days ago in quite different conditions.

I also managed a bird shot, this morning, before the rain became persistent and I gave up the walk. See the Dunnock in today's extra.
