Looking back

From the deck looking back at the house with Anne working in the kitchen. Although I have been on leave this week yesterday and today have been busy. We own a student rental house near the University. Yesterday our 4th and 5th year tenants ( 3 girls and 2 boys) moved out after a 2 year rental period. Today a new young group of 2nd years (2 girls and 3 boys) moved in
All went smoothly as the house was left very clean by the departing group. Here we go again. Year 20. A lot of landlords won't own student rental houses however we have always got on well. I find that, if you treat them well and with respect, they invariably return the favour. After all these are our future leaders.
