Abstract moss and lichen

Of course there was more water today. But I figured out a route using the Nene Valley railway bridge to cycle south of the river that was just rideable (one short shallow flood). All my normal routes across the park are seriously impassable - you’ve seen the photos. At least it got me out somewhere different and I was also able to call on a friend in one of the villages for a socially distanced chat. I thought best do this before the floods rise any more and forecast snow arrives on Sunday. The weather is truly biblical. Anyway the photo is where I stopped to check a message on my phone and the bright colours of the moss and lichen caught my eye.
