Rufus and an indoor day

My one outing today was to drive my daughter-in-law Carly to the dentist, to have her temporary crown put back on. It had turned out to be more temporary than it was meant to be.

I wasn't feeling great - I never know if it's the CFS, or the bronchiectasis, or something else - but I perked up when I got some new clarinet music through the post. I also downloaded a better phone app for slowing music down to a speed I can try to play along to and that was fun.

Then Rufus got very demanding of his dinner, so I thought I'd take a photo of him. Twenty photos later, I realised I had an unintentional selfie in some of them so I decided to go with that.
