Japanese Laurel Berries

It's best not to mention the weather today!  It wasn't quite so bad first thing
in the morning so, suitably clad, I set off to walk round the block .... including my wandering round the house I've only walked about 5000 steps.

This afternoon I opened 31 white envelopes which I had regularly put in the important items drawer ...... they were all bank statements. I can never be bothered to open them so they just get shoved in the drawer. I have the banking app on my IPad and it's much quicker to check there.
If we still had a bank in our shopping street I would go in and cancel the postal statements ..... but we haven't si I haven't!
