Old friends

Staying for part of the summer school holidays with my aunt and uncle,  my older cousin had left 'The Moon is a Harsh Mistress' on his bookshelf.  That was my introduction to Heinlein, to writing about strong women, and to the potential uses of sophisticated computers and networks. 
Some of Heinlein's writing hasn't stood up well to the passage of time, but in the 1970s it was world opening. 
 'I will fear no evil' here was my first purchased Heinlein book in 1975.
