Neither of us slept well last night so had a good lie in this morning. Hubby woke up with a bad back so we've not been out today. I took the opportunity to do some laundry and housework and then sat by the window to see what visitors we would have today. 4 collared doves, many blackbirds and a couple of robins have been in and out all day and this little coal tit posed nicely so he could be included in this years garden birds count. 
A sparrowhawk has just flown through scaring the pigeons and chasing one into the window, so I'm off to clean the glass now and will then do a mile or two on the treadmill
