Black Backed Gull

This large gull had an altercation with power wires, and came off 2nd best. He had a smashed wing which was put back together last night. He came through the surgery well , and this morning is hungry and loving his water bowl. Just a juvenile bird, hasn’t got his black/ white feathers yet.
