Sleepy cat

As we returned home after dinner last night Midnight was asleep near the door.  He was quiet happy to have his ears scratched before going back to sleep.  He is well fed by a number of residents, but will always run us when we appear.  

It has been a bit cooler recently.  In fact we had a cold snap with the temperature dropping as low as 12 degrees at night.  This meant that the water in the pool was cold.  Hubby still swam, but I chickened out and decided to use the gym instead.   Walking outside is not a good idea at the moment as we are now experiencing high levels of pollution.  This means that we now wear masks not only to prevent the spread of the covid virus, but to protect ourselves from 2.5pms.  

We still can't go very far as many surrounding provinces are closed, so passing through could lead to us having to quarantine for 14 days.  

All these small issues caused me loose my mojo.  There are only so many shots of empty streets that can impose on you.  Even driving up the mountain didn't seem worthwhile as the pollution would spoil the view.  Anyway I'm back now.
