Hyacinth with insect

A mild mainly sunny day - everything's starting to look and feel very spring-like - too soon surely! 
I spent some time taking photos with the tripod - some close ups in the garden and I also went down to the beach to try and capture some of the eight shags that have been hanging out on the rocks at the edge of the bay every time I've been swimming there recently. Unfortunately there was only one shag there today, and my zoom lens clearly isn't strong enough for such distances, and despite the tripod and timed shutter release, all my attempts turned out blurred. That's why I'm blipping this bit of a hyacinth with insect visitor, which was so small I didn't actually notice it till I looked at the photo on the computer screen.
In the afternoon I did a nice circular walk from Almiropotamos.
