This is not how you expect your bottle of rum to be delivered!

Very frustrated today with an eight hour slot for the Tesco delivery. It didn't turn up until 9pm

We used to get an email in the morning narrowing down the slot to an hour. I have lodged a complaint.

ps. I have got that lock off the bottle. Tesco can have the bits back if they like.
