Don't buy old homes kids!

A nearly finished room. This room needed serious work done on it, the mould because of the damp external wall was pretty bad as was the sagging celling from the faulty overflow from the bath above. It's now rebuilt, with the celling replaced (dead rats discovered was not a highlight), tanked where required, replacement of the 180 year old lintels, new draft free window and of course all the cosmetics done, new floor, plastering and paint. We have shelves! We do though still need a blind and to replace the old sofas, which are super comfy but after 15 years the wooden frames have broken and nearly rest on the floor!
