Low tide

There were people in the sea at 7:30 this morning. They would have had a long walk out across the beach to stand with water at their mid calves. Worthing is not a low tide swim spot, I admired their perseverance. And it was pouring with rain.

Groundhog Day at work for end of month review. It drove me to drink, hula hoops and battenburg.
