Blue Sky Thinking

Looking at moving forward with some blue sky thinking outside the box we want a level playing field to get our ducks in a row from the get-go in order to have a cascade that filters to empower and incentivise so that everything is on our radar and we can touch base later with a brainstorm on the paradigm shift which will in a nutshell aid faciliatation of the knowledge base giving us a win-win situation with everyone in the loop so that at the end of the day we have a benchmark of best practice to keep us in the ballpark of the big picture which we can revisit with a value-added and result-driven proactive mindset without any show stoppers leading to a synergy of our core competencies and strategic fit which will not be analagous with a blame culture with the bottom line being that... erm... um... Sorry, I lost my train of thought there.
