On a route march!

It was not a good morning for a walk ...... wet overhead and underfoot so for me and the family ahead it was one circuit in the most miserable of conditions.

I had an appointment with the chiropodist this afternoon so suitably clad i walked down to the shops. Chemist first to put in a prescription then across the road to let Jamie sort out my feet ..... I walked up the road on air with the pressure on my toes relieved for another couple of months.
