cookery via zoom

This afternoon I was asked if I would help my grandaughter (10) and grandson (6) make some chocolate chip cup cakes (buns to me).  I set up a zoom to start after school lessons have ended and gave them the info to start.  I am afraid my way is the way my mother taught me using the weight of the eggs are the measurements - not the way of the cookery books!!
Their Dad was around during the cooking time as well just in case and I logged on again later to find that they had turned out OK.  Well that is a first for me so I will wait for the next call.  Isn't zoom great!!
