Life in a Northern Town

Utah

As I’m currently back working full-time and attached to a computer screen, I feel very slug-like, so I took on a challenge to walk/cycle around the ring-road in Iceland. The walking is real, the cycling virtual; I reckon 10,000 steps and 30 minutes of cycling will give me at least 10 miles a day so I should get round the 828 miles in the allotted 13 weeks.

So here I am cycling around a canyon in Utah, while simultaneously passing Borganes on the Icelandic ring-road, and all the while safely socially distanced in my sitting room, listening to Freebird.

Woahoho - and this bird you cannot change!

(Obviously I upped the resistance for the photo!)
