Nature Giveth's and Taketh's Away.

The beach replenishment program is still in the works here on Florida's east coast. Fortunately they've finished our portion a while back and have moved just north of us. As we drove by this morning I stopped to capture their progress through a few images. It was a busy day with machinery, trucks, ships, and a boat or two. I have a child's fascination with the whole project and often just like to sit and watch. Over the years it's been a pretty  futile project. Nature has reminded us more than a few times that there is just no way to corral it. It'll do as it's prone to do... whenever it wants. Nature giveth's and taketh's away.
