Birthday

Ms birthday. 
Blip is of his favourite present, 
Sat on the kitchen table for the moment but once it stops raining it will be hung on the wall outside.

We woke to snow this morning! Yippee I thought.... a photo  opportunity! But it started raining almost immediately and it was soon slushy! 

It continued to rain most of the day. M stayed at home " in case the delivery came from TP early " while I walked Fletch..who was raring to go despite the rain. On the positive my cheap waterproof trainers were waterproof. 

Back home and our friends Tony and Linda called round to wish M a Happy Birthday and give him his present. .. a bottle of Tokaji which he has developed a taste for since he watched the film Dean Spangley

We were good.. kept a good social distance and  we stayed outside, thank goodness it had stopped raining but the garage door was wide open so we could dive in there for cover if necessary. A bit chilly but oh so lovely to see them and have a chat. We ve all had our Covid jabs so let's hope eventually we can  visit each other indoors.

Despite the rain Fletch wanted his 'teatime walk' . Good that he has more energy. Fingers crossed it continues.

Nice to see the local paper has printed another of my photos today. It always gives me a buzz!
