Tractor Tuesday is back!!

I have been very lax in my posting of tractors on a Tuesday but here is my latest contribution! The two models are from  Mr Tbay Bays extensive collection of Agricultural Models . These are the oldest and newest of his Massey Ferguson collection. The  small grey tractor is a a Ferguson Brown produced is about 1936 whilst the larger of the two is he latest Massey Ferguson model of the new 8s.265 model, a 265hp  monster. The scales are the same so the comparison is amazing! I shall be raiding his collection for a few weeks to come I think!

Today marks a year since Mr Tbays Brother died all too soon at 62. We will gather and raise a toast to him this evening. At his Memorial service last year the church was decorated with lots of bowls of wonderfully scented bulbs. I was given a couple of them and planted them outside our back door. Amazingly the first bloom appeared today. See extra. A nice way to remember him.

Captain Tom Moore has died today aged 100 from this awful Covid. What a man! His exploits raised 32 million for the NHS. He was Knighted for his extraordinary efforts and was made an honorary Colonel. What a man. We could do with a whole lots more like him in the world today.
