White World!

It's fair to say they didn't get the forecast wrong when they spoke of heavy snow starting in the early hours!! I looked out onto thick snow this morning and it continued to fall until mid morning. 

The decision was made to close school around 7am which was good as I had only made it as far as just up the road attempting to get a bus. I'd have done well given all services were suspended!! 

Back home it was to do lots of different bits and bats to do with home learning etc but of course it would've been rude not to go for a long snowy stroll. 

I met Mum at a midway point between our homes and we enjoyed crunching our way around the white landscape. :-)
