I’m off work tomorrow and boy do I need it. My legs really ached today, and the area around my knee scar was really puffy (normally a hint I’ve overdone it!)

Got a lot done at work, posted a parcel on the way home, then got a few bits from Tesco. My umbrella ended up in the bottom of my bag, and when the heavens opened on my way home it wasn’t even worth trying to dig it out - I was soaked through in seconds!

Had to have a shower when I got home to warm up, then had some food and FaceTimed Ma.

I’m making arancini with accoutrements for dinner, but Matt’s on a late so I’ve got a while to chill first.
