Avocado Pasta

Avocado pasta, arugula chop salad (with salami, palm hearts, olives, and parmesan), and mezzo seco Jack cheese. Wine: Mondavi Fumé Blanc 2018.

This was a fantastic dinner. The avocado pasta recipe is from James Beard. Making pasta dough with avocado was surprisingly easy and to good effect (and color).
