A (very) long day, first meeting was at 8am and I finally logged off at 10pm. Announcing an official launch for next weekend may have been a little ambitious in hindsight, so much to do!

Thankfully, I did manage to get out for a quick run at lunchtime - got to get to John o Groats (I'm almost at Mousehole now after setting off from Land's End on Saturday - that's about 8miles out of 1083) after all. Another thing I may have been a bit ambitious on - still havent worked out the weekly mileage required to make it but guestimation puts me somewhat below par.
