It seems to be working now

I was bought this when we moved into our house by someone who obviously knows me well.
It usually sits in the flower trough near the front door, this time of year he lives next to the path.
For many years I thought he was broken, he certainly did not deter visitors. However in the last twelve months he has been doing a cracking job, nobody is getting past him.
He needs a re paint, another job to add to the list
