Loo rolls

Such a wet, dark day and everywhere so slippery with ice. I had no desire to go anywhere after working this morning, so didn't. 
Saw these layers of snow up the road yesterday so drove up for blip and extra on my way home today. The torrential rain has compacted the snow and created this layered effect. 
School planning done, skype with our son to advise on mortgages, a listening ear for our daughter who has just been told she needs to work in the office ( after 3 succesful weeks working at home). She is not happy with the social distancing at work so is concerned ( naturally). 
Miss them both so much.
