The cat

He doesn't get much press, not even the odd emergency blip these days, so I thought I'd better rectify that.  He has always liked a walk, so he's very happy now that we have a dog and comes with the dog if he can.  The dog tends to ignore him now - most of the time.  

Back to school this morning, the youngest didn't have any online lessons last week, but he's back to three lessons a day.  We had six sessions in total today, which can be quite full on trying to get the right one, in front of the right computer, at the right time - whilst entertaining the other and listening to help where needed... The eldest told me he doesn't want to go back to school as they have more time playing at home - which is about the only way I can manage the whole thing.  When back to school finally - finally happens it's going to be interesting (and exhausting for the boys).

Text chat with dear friend in New York (little chance of her children returning to school before September - and they are in a small flat) 
The eldest having a brilliant session with an online maths game - even the husband was impressed with it
Beautiful sunny afternoon - sun streaming in and some windows open to get the beautiful fresh air in.
