Go Sweden!!

We spent the better part of the weekend watching our very favourite sport, cross-country skiing, with our best friend Heidi in England. This time, the World Cup races took place in Falun in Sweden, so it was our home turf and extra exciting! We cheer for the Swedish skiers and the American skiers and the British skiers. Lots of cheering!! We wish we could BE there! It’s usually a big party with tons of people and dogs cheering in the forest along the tracks. Mum says maybe a bit too much for me. Anyway, it’s impossible. 

In February, the World CHAMPIONSHIPS will take place in Obersdorf, Germany. By chance/algorithm mum found something out, and this crazy idea formed in her head. I said Let’s do it! and we enlisted M, Molly the cat’s mum to help. She thought “a crazy project” sounded like a great Saturday plan. 

We had lots of fun, and this is the result! We’re going to the World Championships! Not as “Publikum”, but as “Papp-likum”!! We will be in the stands in the ski stadium in the form of a life-sized figure! I hope we get a good seat! Go Sweden!!
