St Enoch Square

The layout is still recognizable to Glaswegians in 2021. However St Enoch Hotel and Railway station (entrance up to the left) were closed in the 1960s to be replaced by a vast glass shopping centre. The St Enoch Underground station building in the centre with the clock still stands but now a coffee shop while there is a new glass entrance to the 'Subway' below the photo. The stylish information centre right foreground has given way to shop buildings along Argyle St
