The Last Supper

This evening we went round to dine with friends E and N in Edinburgh's New Town - a pre- theatre dinner as we had tickets to see "The Lion KIng" at the Playhouse. 
We discussed over dinner the advancement of the Covid-19 virus and all of us revealed our concerns. 
We then came to the unanimous decision to cancel our trip to the theatre - sitting in a auditorium with 3000 people did not seem a safe course of action - and thus began our personal lockdown. 
The next day we cancelled tickets for "Mrs Puntila" at the Lyceum for Friday 13th and tickets for the first night of "Barefoot in the Park" at Pitlochry Festival Theatre for Sat 14th. 
Then began the job of cancelling all forthcoming foreign holidays and theatre/concert bookings - much disappointment but we knew it was the right thing to do.
