Life is Messy

SK and I walked at South Chagrin from Chagrin Blvd to the polo field with Vivi in tow.  We gave her a good run in one of the rings.  This is my favorite part of the walk.  

Have a laugh with me!  I've made baba ganoush for roughly 40 years, never once with an incident.  This evening, just after we sat down to dinner, there was a loud "pop" and the oven door blew open.  The eggplant had exploded. I suppose next time I can slice it in half or even poke holes in it.  I just left it in there too long today.  Ugh!
