Staff Training

Blooming busy day. Had a big weights session this morning and my thighs were wrecked from the last two days but fortunately it was mostly upper body. Now my entire body hurts...and tomorrow is an intervals session of massive proportions so by Friday's weights session I'll be...stronger!

Lots going on at school today. Hope you can ring in the middle of the night so that I can talk it all through...sometimes it spins around in my head and I can't be it out. Tonight I organised an online training session on Solo Taxonomy for my PE department between 4-6pm. We sat in a room and listened to a presentation live over the Internet along with a load of other schools. It was really good. Now tomorrow I'm going to try it out when I deliver a bigger staff training session on job applications and interviews!

The girls are pooped. It's cold here. And they were a bit disappointed I was late home. But they have Grandma and Grandad coming to play tomorrow. Yippee!!xx
