Birdwatching

A more productive day today, had a sort out of the pots and pans in the kitchen and took some stuff to the tip. It always feels good to have a bit of a clear out. 
In the afternoon I sat for an hour in the conservatory counting the birds that came into the garden for the RSPB's Big Garden Birdwatch. I thought an hour would feel like a long time to be gazing out the window but it was actually very relaxing and the time flew by. Archie was keen to get involved- at first he thought his job was to run outside and scare the birds away, but once I'd shut the door he was happy to sit on my lap and just watch!
