Salad days

Today we finally got around to getting a new quote on our house insurance rather than just let ours renew and it was worth the investment in time! Big savings!

We had a walk after lunch (see the pic of my healthy quinoa salad) all together - it wasn’t busy today but very muddy. When we got home we took down the outside Christmas lights. As we were doing it a passer by commented on how much she had enjoyed them being up for the whole of January! Maybe I’ll have to try and do something for Valentines Day ...

Mum came over for dinner and we enjoyed some time together.

Back to work tomorrow (but trying not to think about that! )
