Shadwell Basin

I left Mr C at home this morning and walked to St Katherine's Dock to meet an old friend.   We walked and talked for an hour before I headed home via Shadwell Basin.   The Tower Hamlets canoe club is based here and I imagine gets good use out of the slalom gates.   Might be on the  "post-Covid" bucket list, we'll see.   It was a nice morning in London but a little cooler and drizzly this afternoon, and I've heard we have a cold front coming in...
