Early morning

Wonderful sunrise today.
Lots of household chores completed, but some saved for tomorrow.  Telephone calls and a short cold walk.
Heart rate isn't doing what I thought it was (according to my new watch) so it is back to the drawing board and a possible call to the surgery.
