A little late
I had another blip in mind today of an amazing project my mother is undertaking. She is very fond of patchwork and has won prizes for her work. Recently she was commissioned by a widow to make a king-size quilt for a bed out of 70 shirts. Shirts owned by the widow's late husband. (Who owns 70 shirts???). It is an amazing sight to behold. As is the patchwork of his ties that she has also produced.
However, with the anticyclonic weather over the UK just now, I spotted this view after sunset. Unfortunately I was a little late for the best sky colours.
The shirts&ties can wait.
