Nonsnowy Birch Wood

Heavy rain overnight and in the morning has resulted in a lot of thawing. Most of the snow has now melted with only some stubborn piles and ice patches remaining. Lots of water in the park. I don't know if I am slipping on mud or a stubborn icy patch. It still feels cold though. More snow due next week though.
