River Red Gum

I really should go back and photograph this tree on a specific day.  I mean, I did that, but it's ended up being a back blip because I ran out of time.  You know how it is.  I'm always playing catch up.  Anyway enough of the excuses. 

One of the most iconic of the Australian trees - a River Red Gum; roughly 40 metres tall and at least a couple of hundred years old.

Magnificent.
