Free outdoor gym!

We are very lucky here in Chelmsford as we are blessed with a free outdoor gym in the local park. I took this when I had finished my bootcamp this morning. No early risers using it. I have decided now its not so dark when I've finished that I might go and have a play on the equipment.

Had the dreaded dentist today but I plugged earphones into my ipad and listened to my music....it worked wonders. It shut out the noise of the God awful drill.

I then went for a coffee with friends I haven't seen for a while. It was so nice to see them and so nice to get lots of lovely compliments from them.

Another Zumba class tonight....and looking forward to it!
