I think he's looking much better.  I pottered today tidying up a bit and some housework, nothing too much but I felt more tired than on the recent busy days.

He is definitely more himself now, not back to where he was, and he might not be, but so much better than even a week ago.  He's still sleeping a lot, which is good as it is what he needs.
