Variation of a Shepherds Pie
Welcome to my Scottish Pie, based on a shepherds pie. Instead of mince I’ve substituted haggis and the topping is tatties and neeps.
I inadvertently created this recipe last year with the left overs from Burn’s Night and it was so good I decided to give it another go this year. One added luxury is whisky sauce mixed in with the haggis.
