Roosting starlings.

What a dismal day.No rain but it did try to snow and was bitterly cold.
Morning walk and Mr C was glad of his new winter trousers.

Our meal last night was delicious. Loved the Chicken Stroganoff, will certainly have it again if it is on the special menu.
The wine was also excellent. What was left went into tonight’s Chianti Beef.
So had to open another bottle.
Portuguese this time. A regional wine from Lisboa. LB7 Reserva. Another from Majestic.

Must remember to do the Big Garden Birdwatch tomorrow, although word has probably got out, and they will all be in hiding as usual.
