T-Wood and Pentland Hills

Cold again, but warmer than yesterday. A nice afternoon walk up to Swanston. Swanston Rd was very busy with traffic people heading up to the Pentlands for afternoon fun, in part caused by the closure of the upper car park closed at Bonaly. People are using the slopes on the golf course for sledging. Also, if you view the blip large, there are lots of dots, people heading up the hill for a quick walk. Extra 2 shows one of the munros in the Trossachs taken on the track down to Lothianburn. Views west are not that great, but I think it is Ben Ledi. The chimney is a remnant of Longannet coal fired power station.
