Red or white?

We had to travel to east Surrey this morning so this was my opportunity to introduce Normous to a pub I had visited several times after meetings over there. Every time I went there I thought "Normous would love it here!" because they do very good pies. And yes, he enjoyed his lunch very much.

I find it confusing that the pub is called "The Red Lion" and on the sign the lion is predominantly white.
